First thing that must be put up in the resume is the carrier objective. Mention  clearly why you want to pursue higher studies and what is your short term and long term objective. Then coming to your academics put your GPA ,GRE,TOEFL clearly No need to give individual split ups of the marks for each semester. Then coming to your co-curricular activities put everything that reflects your leadership qualities, Team spirit etc. Do not forget to include your participation in cultural events. Include the various papers and posters you have presented in a nut shell. Add a note about the symposium you have attended. Then finish with your declaration and put sign in the bottom.
