Hi friends hope you have finished your sop work.. Now lets us discuss another important supportive document recoletter.  You might ask wats there in reco for us but lots of things should be done for making our reco strong. First chose your recomenders well. Be sure that they know you very well. It always advisable to to chose around five recomenders. Go and talk to them. Tell about your field of interest clearly.  Make sure them they know your potential well. Take recos from eminent persons in that field. For example a reco from dean or professor is more valuable than a junior lecturer. But keep in mind its the reco they give matters a lot. So if a professor doesn give you a nice reco you can always get it from a lecturer. But in most cases you will be asked to draft your reco and  professors will edit it and give.
